An industrial property in Commack has sold for $3.445 million.
Syosset-based Blumenfeld Development Group purchased the 20,000-square-foot building on 1.6 acres at 5 Brayton Court.
The property had been owned and occupied by Gymnastics Plus, which will soon be vacating the building.
Blumenfeld Development Group, which also owns the adjacent retail center at 5008-5014 Jericho Turnpike, plans to lease the Commack property to a new tenant or multiple tenants.
David Pennetta, Kyle Burkhardt and Joshua Cohen of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, as well as the seller, Joelle Realty LLC, in the sales transaction.
